Last season was a successful one for the supporters club with paid membership at the highest level since the club was formed.. The numbers travelling with our official travel organisation SAS Travel were considerably up on previous seasons as fans roared the team into the play offs. Please help us move forward by joining for the new season.. Our members receive discounted away travel and 10% discount in the Football club shop.
Thank you to all supporters for participating in our fund raising and our helpers who give their own time in the cause of helping us support the football club in what ever way we can.
Don't forget to participate in the half time draw, sponsored again by the SAS travel ,which last season raised over £10000 and from which, the football club and particularly youth development, will benefit.
AWAY TRAVEL
The season is already underway and full details of away trips can
be found on SAS travel web site. Supporters club members received
a discount of £2 on the cost of that trip with further discounts
available at other matches. If you wish to travel all season an
away travel season tickets costs £290 and you can travel to all
cup matches at half the published price
Those visiting will find that the fabric of the building has improved dramatically during the close season and a huge thank you to John Burt, Richard Bridger of Highworth Felt roofing and Johnny Hatto for their help in restoring good order.
The away travel office also houses our programme shop where you will find Mike Skinner who does a fantastic job in keeping a fine stock of programmes available from all over the country. The sales of these programmes help the fund raising and thanks to Mike for donating yet another £500. Mike would welcome any programmes no longer required by fans whether they are Swindon Town or not.
POUNDS FOR POINTS
Last season,'s initiative initiated by Mavis Knight exceeded our
expectations in terms of success. Close on £3500 was raised for
Youth development and your participation would be welcomed again
this season, individuals,groups or businesses can participate and
it costs a pledge of a minimum 50p per point gained by the team.
We are already off to a great start this season as you will see,
but can you help us beat last season's £53 per point
