PROGRAMME NOTES FOR COLCHESTER UTD

Welcome back and we hope fans have had a great Christmas day. In 5 days time we will be back again for the visit of high flying Swansea for what we hope will be an lunchtime jamboree. Don't forget to note the early kick off time, otherwise you will miss the game !!

ROBINS REVIVAL HALF TIME DRAW
Winner from the match against Blackpool was Mr Innes from Bordon in Hampshire. His winning ticket number 919 paid £335

AWAY TRAVEL
By now hopefully fans wishing to travel will have booked for Chesterfield.

The next Away game after that, is the longest of the season, as on the 2nd January we travel to Hartlepool.

Departing; West Swindon 7.00, County Ground  7.15, Ermin Street; 7.30

Fares: Adult £26, Under 15's £24 . Supporters Club membership discount off of these prices £2

POUNDS FOR POINTS

Although we only gained single point against Blackpool it helped us pass one milestone with our fund for youth development which has now slipped passed the £1000 barrier. A productive period over Christmas on the field, will not only improve our league position but also raise this fund to an even higher level.

POTENTIAL GROUND REDEVELOPMENT
Don't forget if you haven't yet written to your local councillor about  "keeping Town in Swindon" and in support of the present proposals then please do so. The Supporters Club, Trust STFC and those behind the Loud and proud campaign are working together to raise the profile of the Football Club's attempts to improve facilities at the County Ground and keep the Football Club in Swindon. Every fan can help and play their part by writing to the Council or completing one of the post cards that are available.
